Bentons Brasserie is an attractive
split level restaurant on the edge of trendy Hockley within the
heart of the city center. Bentons capably seats 90 covers and is based around an open
kitchen, serving all fresh food with dishes from around the world,
making it a lively and continental dining experience.
Bentons has now been open
from June 1998 by Julian Benton in conjunction
with Tom Brown's Brasserie of Gunthorpe - And since then,
Benton's has gone from strength to strength...
Bentons has changed with the times
to offer are customers what they want. Great fresh food at a
Great price, back up with quick and friendlily service, Bentons is
know one of the oldest restaurants in Nottingham, but
with the up to date looks of a modern restaurant of 2009
in 2006 we claimed the famous
Egon ronay gastro pub star award ( Egon ronay book only came back
for one year in 2006 )

Benton's use's it's local roots, adds a dash of daring & only the
freshest ingredients to create a modern cuisine. Our chefs use
traditional methods and ideas, with a twist of youth & imagination
to produce a fresh and exciting product.
Infusions of many different
flavours & styles from around the world are exposed for your
enjoyment.
Our Wine List is chosen with care
and expertise, by local wine merchants: Matthew Clark Wines. It
encompasses a wide range of grape varieties from many different
countries and geographical areas.
Both old and new world wines
combine to give harmonious compatibility to our ever-changing fine
cuisine.
