Bentons Brasserie is an attractive
split level restaurant & bar on the edge of trendy Hockley within the
heart of the city centre. Bentons capably seats 80 covers and is based around an open
kitchen, serving all fresh food with dishes from around the world,
making it a lively and continental dining experience.
Bentons has been open for nearly
nine years, opening in June 1998 by Julian Benton with Mr. & Mrs.
Perkins of Tom Brown's Brasserie of Gunthorpe - And since then
Benton's has gone from strength to strength...

Benton's use's it's local roots, adds a dash of daring & only the
freshest ingredients to create a modern cuisine. Our chefs use
traditional methods and ideas, with a twist of youth & imagination
to produce a fresh and exciting product.
Infusions of many different
flavours & styles from around the world are exposed for your
enjoyment.
Our Wine List is chosen with care
and expertise, by local wine merchants: Matthew Clark Wines. It
encompasses a wide range of grape varieties from many different
countries and geographical areas.
