This year we are automating our pre-order forms. This document will help you fill out your form by familiarising you with the final process of sending the form by email.

1. After filling in your form - checking you have included your contact details, date & time of your booking as well as the names and menu choices for each of your party - you will then need to send us the electronic form by email, so click the button at the bottom of the page marked; 'Submit by Email' (as shown below):

You will then see the following window, from which you are offered three choices - If you are confident of what you are doing then choose one of the first two options to send your preorder either by Outlook or by webmail, OTHERWISE IF IN ANY DOUBT as to what to do next, then just choose the third option named; 'Other' & then click; 'OK' to proceed:

3. By clicking 'OK' after selecting 'Other' will open up the following screen. At this point, press the 'Save Data File' button' and save the file somewhere convenient on your computer, such as 'My Documents'. You may also print a copy for your own records.

4. After clicking the 'Save Data File'' button' you will be prompted to save your pre-order file to disc - you can either leave the file name as it appears or conversely name it anything you like, such as your party name, but make sure you remember the file name as you will then need to send it to us as a file attachment, using whatever email program which you usually use for sending & receiving email....

5. After you  have saved the form you may now close the window entitled; 'Sending the Data  File'.

6. Finally, please send us an email to pre-order'@'bentonsbrasserie.co.uk (remembering to remove the quote marks on either side of the @ sign) attaching the saved pre-order file (to attach a file by email - one normally clicks on the paper-clip icon and navigating to where you saved your file.)
